We deliver exceptional passenger service and create fond memories on our fully restored vintage trains as they travel through North America's most stunning and diverse regions. GrandLuxe Rail Journeys is continually looking for friendly, hardworking and responsible crew. Selected candidates will work a schedule of six weeks on our trains, followed by a well-deserved two weeks off which are unpaid. Relocation is not necessary, as the company offsets most business travel airfare. As a condition of employment, crew members are subject to an extensive criminal background check and drug screening. Additionally, you must have the stamina to work long hours, maintain a friendly, outgoing manner onboard the train, have the ability to work well under pressure and be adaptable to the fast-paced life onboard the train. Space is a precious commodity on our trains and your cabin will of necessity be small. In consideration of your roommate and fellow crew members, you will be expected to maintain living areas in a neat and clean fashion.
